KNYs Utility Appraisal & Construction testing vertical came to life in 2012 with the acquisition of National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) approved, HI-Q Test House. Our goal is to help you develop fair values for your utilities infrastructure that are defensible and reflective of the nuances of your business.

Through HI-Q Test House, KNY offers laboratory testing for all kinds of construction building materials such as cement, steel and concrete.

Infrastructure Finance is KNYs newest venture. We offer project financing drawn from the expertise of our seasoned infrastructure finance subsidiary based out of California, USA. We believe Infrastructure development lies at the nexus of economic growth, productive investment, job creation, and poverty reduction and thus funding the gaps in Emerging Market Economies is essential to reaching the Sustainable Development Goals we hope for around the world.
Our infrastructure finance professionals work with partners and bankers around the globe, providing long-term debt financing for transportation infrastructure, such as ports, airports, roads, bridges, tunnels, passenger & freight rail, shipping terminals, and parking. Additionally, our infrastructure finance team is adept at providing structured financing for Public Private Partnerships involving transportation, social, and government infrastructure worldwide.

KNY offers standalone structural design and MEP design services.
The structural design & MEP design team focuses on delivering world class design solutions pertaining to structural design, fire protection systems design, HVAC systems designs and, plumbing and wastewater. The firm’s steady growth in MEP services corresponds to an expanded scope of services related to engineering design, construction and commissioning of commercial and industrial facilities throughout India and the world.
