RAVI YADAV
Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
A proven executive leader with over 30 years of comprehensive experience in the engineering & construction field, Ravi Yadav founded KNY Projects in 2005 and has served as the Chief Executive Officer ever since.
Banking on Ravi's impeccable strategic direction and expansive network in the industry, KNY in a span of just a decade has now grown into an Architecture, Engineering & Construction front-runner that creates employment opportunities for over 100 professionals.
Ravi has a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the reputed Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. In 2010, Ravi was indicted into the American Society of Civil Engineers as a distinguished member based on his definitive contribution to the field of civil engineering management, evidenced by exemplary character, professional integrity, and national reputation.

KAVITA YADAV
Director, HR
Director, Construction Testing
Kavita Yadav, serves as Vice President and Director of Human Resources at KNY, where she holds a key role in achieving the human resource goals of the company by enabling the talent agenda that allows for a smooth delivery of our projects worldwide.
Kavita also oversees all leadership and talent management efforts, which includes directing best practices for reward and compensation and establishing an enhanced human resources operating model that creates greater connectivity and effectiveness.
Kavita has also played an instrumental role in founding KNYs construction testing lab in 2014, and has been pivotal in establishing it as one of KNYs leading revenue generators.
Kavita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legislative Law and a Masters of Business Administration degrees from the reputed University of Delhi.

PANKAJ KUMAR
Director, Architecture
Pankaj Kumar, serves as the Director of Architecture at KNY and leads the architectural design and consultancy services of the firm.
Pankaj is a seasoned architect with over 20 years of extensive experience in the industry where he has been a passionate advocate for sustainable and integrated design. He leads a team of junior architects and planners and has been pivotal in developing a framework to help the young talented architectural minds at KNY grow to their maximum potential.
Pankaj holds a Bachelors in Architecture from the reputed Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. (IIT-R)
